By downloading, installing, or using VeltoDesk, or by browsing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or the site.

What VeltoDesk is

VeltoDesk is remote desktop software. It is free for personal and commercial use as described on our site. Availability of features may change as we improve the product.

Authorized use only

You may use VeltoDesk only on devices and accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to access. Unauthorized access to someone else’s computer is forbidden and may be illegal.

Your responsibility for connections

You alone decide whom you connect to and whom you allow to connect to you. Everything that happens during a session — including files moved, settings changed, or any action taken on either device — is solely your responsibility and that of the other party. VeltoDesk is not responsible for any consequence of your connections.

No monitoring of your work

We provide software that enables a connection. We do not supervise what you do after you connect. If you use VeltoDesk in a team or business, that use is yours; we only provide the tool when you choose to use it.

Acceptable use

Do not use VeltoDesk to harm systems, steal data, harass people, distribute malware, bypass security you do not control, or break any law. We may refuse or limit access if we reasonably believe abuse is occurring.

Software license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VeltoDesk for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law allows, or remove branding or notices.

No warranty

VeltoDesk and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VeltoDesk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or business arising from use of the software or site — including anything that occurs between parties during a remote session.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
